Ideally you should do this as soon as possible. Depending on the diagnosis, conditions caught early before they have had chance to progress and when scarring is minimal, will have the best results. But don’t be put off if you haven’t acted quickly. Many of my clients say they have been waiting and worrying for months and even years. Others tell me they thought all hair loss was inherited, inevitable and there was nothing they could do about it - which is absolutely not the case.
